struggles/ victories for the week: Weighed myself Monday 11/2 to see where I was after a horrible weekend of eating and no exercising and put back on 3 of my pounds. Lost those 3 and another 2 more for a total of 5. I am a little disappointed with myself but I am back on track now and moving on.0 -

I have stayed away from fast food and soda. I also went to the gym twice and walked for 35 min. I actually said no to doughnuts at work. Big accomplishment for me.0 -

Struggles/Victories for the week: Had the urge to binge on pizza last night; but didn't. Tried some new foods.0 -

Struggles/ victories for the week: My biggest struggle is stress snacking at work, and wine after work to relax.
Something that's worked is, I roast a big pile of vegetables twice a week (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots etc), and eat a big serving every day. Also added one serving of fruit daily. This keeps me full longer, and I'm sure it's the reason I lost a little weight. Also started walking 1/2 hr 3x a week.0 -
Thanks for posting. Need to be accountable not only to myself but to others for this to work for me. Just getting back on track.

Struggles/victories for the week: I have been working out consistently (yoga in AM, strength/cardio in afternoon), drinking a lot of water, and completely stopped drinking soda, although I allow myself 2 glasses of tea a day. My biggest victory this week I think was staying on track while at work (taking my lunch, working out on my break). My biggest struggle is thinking negatively about my weight and wondering how I let myself get here, but I just have to remind myself that I'm making this change for the better and I will never weigh that much again.0 -

struggles/ victories for the week: My Monday's weight was at work, after breakfast. I then bought a scale to use at home (weighing first thing in the morning)...prob didn't really lose 3 lbs this week. My victory is that I exercised every day, logged in my calories (accountability really helps me!!) and stayed away from sugar. My struggle is feeling ashamed of my weight and struggling to feel proud of myself for these small things that I should have been doing anyway....

Struggles/ victories for the week: I've been RAVENOUS. Instead of letting myself feel starving, I've eaten more but also bumped up my physical activity to supplement the higher calories. I expected to lose only half a pound this week, so very pleased with the loss.
The extra movement has also been really tiring though, and my body's feeling worn thin. Hopefully my appetite will settle down- now that candy isn't going to be sitting around so much that should help.0 -
