I do a bootcamp class and our instructor gave us a 7 day slim down plan. In it, it says to lose the most weight, we should be only consuming 15grams of sugar a day or less!! Basically 1 piece of fruit. Its hard but it does make you lose!!

Yeah I can understand JUICING them to get the benefits but just a handful of spinach in my shake... pfftt may as well leave it out! TO each his own! :)

I love having a granola bar in the afternoon but I am in search of a "healthy" bar. They are all loaded wtih things I can't pronounce. I was considering making granola/protein bars. I am hearing good things about Luna bars?

Oh I know I totally lack disipline! and willpower! ho hum! Tracking is definitley opening my eyes tho - 975 cals for a mickey of vodka!! SHEESH!! :grumble:
