Anything sweet, I constantly crave something sweet after a meal. I try not to give in and usually succeed, however, my roommate is pregnant so she indulges daily, which makes me cave in more often than not if she is around.

as a breastfeeding mom you should be eating about 1700 calories a day or your body will potentially go into starvation mode

Starvation mode doesnt usually occur until you eat less than 1200 calories a day.

I've been here for about a week, and I definately think it will help, I usually eat when I'm bored, now I find myself surfing around this site looking over the message boards, that will definately save me tons of calories! Good luck with all of you future lifestyle changes :)

When breastfeeding, you should be allowed an additional 500 calories, thats about how much additional you lose just due to the breasfeeding alone.
