I suffer with painful knees, especially when I tried the 30 day shred. I am going to start trying glucosamine from tomorrow see if this helps. So I can try shred again.

Hi I have recently started Zumba and my instructor recommended dance shoes. this allows for easier moves across the floor when slides and turns.

It feels great.............my knees are very happy as finding it easier to climb the stairs!!
