@Fitfully_me My after exercise "Your Daily Goal" is right around 2400. But I can rarely hit it without redlining Protein, Fat, Sugar and sometimes Sodium. When I have posted under my calorie goal significantly I get a pop up warning that I could send my metabolism into starvation mode and slow it down. I know it sounds counter intuitive but you might try adding 500 cals a day for a week and maintain your exercise. It may bump your metabolism and get you off your plateau.
