100,000+ Steps first week done
I set a goal to walk 10,000 everyday. Early on I was afraid I wouldn't hit 70,000 for the week so I started walking 10,000 aerobic steps a day just to make sure. I am as surprised as anybody that I wound up walking 50 miles in a week.
