For the longest time I didn't know. I have a lying mirror in my bedroom that always makes me look svelte. Then I started associating with different people. And these people took a lot of pictures. I couldn't even recognize myself.

I agree with what has already been said. Your not eating enough and your not eating at least 3 meals per day. It makes a big difference

I have heavy boobs that add on to my weight. I have always been surprised when I got on the scale because I always weighed more than I thought I should. My goal weight is 20 more than is allowed for my height because of that reason. And screw any flat chested chart that says I should be smaller!

Depends on how I'm eating. I don't normally eat super big meals so I need to snack to not be hungry. If I eat a big break fast lunch and dinner, then I'm good.

Eat more. Starvation mode is real. Up your calories slowly like 100 per week to see when weight loss gets triggered

Sorry sweetie. I too am a J-cup. That's REAL boobage there. I have been on various and sundry diets through the years and Cocoa and Puff never go anywhere. Also as your band gets smaller the cup size can increase! Just make your peace with the ladies and get an expensive I mean good sports bra. Gotta preserve those Cooper…

I do mornings. If I don't the likelihood of me working out drops exponentially. And I'm hungrier when I workout in the am like others. But that makes sense since I'm going into a calorie deficit. And I don't eat 1st. I know that's probably bad, but I get up at 4:25 am to workout. Eating would mean getting up earlier.

A cheat day it just too tempting for me. I do a cheat meal every now and then. That makes it easier. If I took a cheat day, I'd eat a whole cake, several bottles of soda and a whole pizza
