I love these replies.. THANK YOU! i am training and I want to lose weight. This morning I didn't have the time to do me regular 3 miles and I feel guilty. So I had planned to run again this evening to make up for it. This gives me much to think about

I don't really eat mine back either. Diets should work mathematically. I desire to lose 2 lbs per week. 2 lbs = 7000 calories. I set my eating to give me a deficit of 3500 calories and then my exercise to give me a deficit of 3500. That way I should lose weight. If I ate them back then my deficit would be off which would…

Recently my doctor advised me to take a multivitamin because my BP is slightly elevated. (It's not technically high, but it's higher than it usually is) And the result was sever constipation. I bet that's aiding in making my BP high as well

Take a pregnancy test to be sure. But my period changes for ANY reason. If I start exercising it changes if I stop it changes. If I'm stressed it changes. If I alter my diet in some way it changes. So yeah. Could be.

If you lose it quickly... like weight loss surgery... you will sag. If you lose it gradually, your skin will keep up. also... The older you are, the more prone to sagging you will be. I'd rather be thin and loose than fat and tight. Sorry. That's life.

Don't keep binge food on hand. You can't eat it if its not there... And fill up on the good stuff. You'll be less likely to binge if your already full
