When I was a little girl I was terrified of "The People Under the Stairs". I'm still creeped out by it. It was just so crazy. I've seen it maybe twice.

Well I started off at 183 lbs in January and I'm only 168 now. 10 lbs a mean seems crazy. But congrats to you.

When I started earlier this year (January 5th) I weighed 183 lbs. I am 5'3. I started out netting 1700 calories. I weigh all of my foods and I make sure that I pick a reasonable weight loss goal and I pick the right activity level. I am now 169 lbs. I eat about 1600 calories now though.

You can do it. Weight loss takes time. I am 5'3 and I started in January weighing 183 lbs. Now I'm in my 160s. It's just calories in vs. Calories out. Eat less move more.

I didnt realize how small 5'3 really is until I started MFP. I am 5'3 and 30 years old. I started last year at 206 lbs and I was just shooting for 150. Now that I am 169 I am shooting for 145 lbs. But I couldnt imagine myself at 120 or 125. I was probably 137 in high school and I was always in shape until my mid 20s.

are you talking about food scales or weight scales? If you are talking about a scale for weight, I use my Wii. Love it

I wear one sometimes. IT DOES NOTHING FOR WEIGHT LOSS. I mean NOTHING. I only wear it because I often slouch and it reminds me to sit up straight. The reason for that is it looks totally stupid under my shirt unless I am sitting up straight. My weight loss has come from calorie deficit and lifting heavy weights.

I am 5'3 and started at 206 lbs. I'm now 174 lbs. I have about 27 more pounds to lose but I've never lost 2 lbs a week. NEVER. The most is 6 lbs a month for me. I often wonder how other people are losing 2 lbs a week but as long as I'm losing I'm happy.

I don't log anything that says 0 calories. So, Im not logging tea, pickles, water, etc.

I added more weights to my barbell. I'm easily bench pressing 100 lbs. I know it's not a lot but I started out with only pressing the bar. And it was a struggle.

This is me now at 173. I am 5'3.5 This is me in April 2014 and I weighed 201 lbs. Still have 30 lbs to lose.

Hello. I started at 5'3.5 and I weighed 206 in early March. Now im still 5'3.5 but I weigh 176 now. I've lost about 30 lbs since April. I still have 30 to lose but I am making progress.
