Just checking in to see how the program is going for you guys. I think i'm really gonna like this program. I'm already down a few pounds and I've lost half an inch around my waist. Definitely making some strength gains and i'm starting to love squats i'm finally gonna get the *kitten* I've always wanted:laugh:

I actually cook more now that I've started my weight loss journey. I can have all the woods that I would have gotten at a take out place or restaurant with a lot les calories. I've gotten pretty adventurous with my cooking I love trying new recipes. I've been eating really well preparing things myself.

I say just go for it, don't stress too much. Have your night out and pick up where you left off, one night of drinking won't derail the progress you have made. If I had to give up alcohol i'd probably lose my s**t, a little bar hopping never hurt anyone.

Do some recipe hunting online it's helped me out a lot, you'd be surprised what little variations can make a big difference. I've found most of my recipes on pintrest, yummly and allrecipes.com. I experiment a lot too, I just go in the kitchen see what i'm working with and go for something new

The calorie limit MFP gives you is what you can eat daily and still lose weight. This doesn't include exercise, which is why some don't exercise at all and still lose weight. when you do exercise you get some of those calories back. Hi i'm Kierra and I've been working on my eating habits a few months now. I can't seem to get a straight definition of what clean eating is but I have been focused on eating more whole non-processed foods. I would say i'm anywhere from a 6-7 and have come a long way from my previous eating habits.
