I do, but I often go over it. Self control is the issue here, I think. Thanks for the response :) That's a good idea! It's hard when you have all that food in the fridge to convince yourself that you should do a drink instead. Any tips in that respect? thank you :)

Definitely normal. The first couple of weeks you're losing a lot of water weight. I had my goal at 2 lbs/week and in the first two weeks lost 7 lbs, I believe. You'll even out soon.
