I will be using a treadmill because its wayyyyyyyyyy to hot and it doesnt cool off until very late at night. I will stick to the 3 days, I dont want to get burnt out. Thanks ladies!!

I forgot....I know the program is to do it 3 days a week, but do you think its ok if I do it 5 days a week just to help make it a little easier on me? (Only log 3 days for the week)

Im gonna start C25K next week. :) Cant wait.

I agree with you 10000000%. Basicly do what works for you.
-
Bump, im interested as well.

Bump. Im in the same boat. Ive been stuck all month even tho I exercise daily and stay within my calories.
-
Its not safe. You can only eat 500 calories a day. You are basicly starving yourself. NOT A GOOD IDEA!

I had my board on the carpet, then I checked my weight on the bathroom scale (minutes later) and it was 2 pounds lighter than what the Wii said.

I have hypothyroidism, been that way for years. Your symptoms sound like mine did in the beginning. I gained weight, my hair got dryed out brittle and corse. I was tired all the time. I was hungry all the time, when I didnt eat I felt jittery, dizzy like I could pass out. There really isnt much you can do, for me there…

If the pain is really bad it could be your gall bladder.
-
Exactly right. Also you are onIy wasting money on something like this.

I think its a bunch of bs. There is only one way to drop inches, other than surgery, exercise! What people will result to just to avoid exercise.

I retain water not sure why and my dr isnt sure, but I take a daily water pill that helps get rid of the extra water. If I dont take it my weight can and has gone up 3-4 pounds over night. That is done even by staying within my calorie and salt intake. it sucks.

I know what you mean. I weigh in everyday. This morning I was up. I havent lost in a few weeks and for 7 months ive lost about 2 pounds each week. It is discouraging and Im not sure what to do to make the scale move again.

Im in the same boat. I found out several years ago that my thyroid didnt work. Ive been on Synthroid since. I gained weight as well. But there is good news. Ive worked hard and have lost 53 pounds. It wasnt easy but its possible. You can add me if you like and I will support you in any way I can. Good luck.

Im 5'2, when I started in Jan 2011 I was 205 and wore a size 16. I lost 20-25 pounds and that is when I moved out of plus sizes. Today I weigh 152 and can wear a size 10.

I do not eat back exercise calories. Ive heard its about calories in calories out, eating less and moving more. Right or wrong this is what works best for me so I stick with it. I must be doing something because ive lost 52 pounds.
-
Im on Synthroid daily. Ive never dropped calories just because of my thyroid issues and ive done great on my weight loss. Dont think ill be changing. Thanks for the info tho.

Oh my goodness yes!!! Ive noticed it on my hips and butt. I think ( I could be wrong) that it feels like that because the fat is breaking down and it not as solid anymore, that makes me happy.
-
Lol, love it!
-
Ooooo I so want to try this!!
-
I do the same thing. When we want to go to eat, I look up the the menu and check out how many calories are in each item so when I order its gonna be low in calories.
-
500 calories a day isn't safe. I strongly urge you to do your weightloss journey a healthier way.

I ride a stationary bike and my hips is where i've lost most of my weight. Since Jan 2011 ive lost at least 10 inches off my hips.
-
I was just looking into this yesterday. I think I may try it. Im not a runner i'd like to be tho, guess that is because ive never really done it and my weight didnt make it any easier. Now that I have dropped 49 pounds maybe it will be easier for me :)
