Anyone else notice their fat change texture

Since I have been eating differently and working out and losing weight but not losing much (1-3) in the way of inches I worried I wasn't losing fat.
But today I was prodding my stomach fat, which is something I do often and I was surprised that the texture was totally different. It used to be, squidgy but consistent and springy.
Now? Now its like theres lots of blobs under the skin, even some holes I can push the skin in and hook my finger under the contors of the tissue!
Anyone else had that? Do you think that means the fat there is being broken down. It'd be cool if it is!

Oh my goodness yes!!! Ive noticed it on my hips and butt. I think ( I could be wrong) that it feels like that because the fat is breaking down and it not as solid anymore, that makes me happy.0

Omg I was totally thinking that last night when I was feeling my stomach. It's weird but I guess it's a good thing.0

I have that too...I'm also getting that weird kind of "turkey Neck" i call it. Where there used to be a double (triple) chin and now it's going away so the skin doesn't seem to know what to do....I wonder if there's an exercise for THAT?0

I've noticed more dimples. Not sure if that's good or bad to be honest. :noway:0

Yeah, I noticed that too at first. But its ok now. There ARE neck/face exercises - google it. And also I use a lot more moisturiser/firming cream round my neck now (plus all over).
Good luck :flowerforyou:0
