Hello my name is Bryan. I recently tore my acl. I will be having surgery in the next few weeks. I've used myfitnesspal before but have just not done this process without being able to run so I'm hopeful that weight training will be enough cause my doc said I won't be able to run for 4 months ahh.... any advice??

Some of my friends have given me crap about that too, but then again when they see me in person and see how much weight i've lost and how I look they change their tune :-) don't worry about it!

P90X, it's worked for me and my fiance, we've both lost over 20 pounds! it's awesome if you stick with it, especially using MFP.

I'm doing it, which has been huge for me :-) I've been doing p90X and I didnt start seeing real results until I logged everything I ate, it's been great because I'm actually accountable for what I eat and I can still plan things I want to have and still make sure I don't go over on my calorie intake.
