I eat some, but only a portion unless it happens to be my rare splurge meal. I haven't seen it affect my numbers negatively. Now this may change as I lose more weight. Some days I work out just so I can have a little extra, kwim? Lol

I only do the shakes..and only for breakfast because I like the flavor of it. yes it is pricey, but I have gotten some at a cheaper deal. As far as weightloss, I don't say it makes me lose anymore weight than normal. It is one of the better tasting protein powder drink mixes that I have tried.

I done about 50 minutes total...37 min on treadmill which consisted of warming up for 2 minutes then alternating 6.0 incline/4.0 speed & 1.0 incline/6.0 speed including a 5 min cooldown. I also done some ab workouts with crunches, captiain leg raise, russian twist Weigh in is tomorrow :-) I feel good about this week :-)

My current favorite: 2 rounded scoops body by vi 1c unsweetened almond milk 1/3 c cooked oatmeal 1/2 frozen banana 1/2 c frozen pineapple handful of ice pop in blender and smooth. Yum stuff.

I am currently using body by vi's shake mix. I really like it. You need to watch for sugar levels in protein shakes. I do add a frozen banana and other frozen fruits with unsweetened almond milk in the blender. I change this mix up of course..its a very filling meal replacement for me.

I haven't been eating cereal for some time since I am starving a short time later..I opt for a meal replacement shake that I love that leaves me satisfied for an easy 3 hours.

Have you tried mixing your protein powder with Almond Milk? You can get it for 90 cals or less. I personally prefer the Almond Breeze original-60 cals for a cup..it's a lot creamer skim milk, imo. I also like to throw in pb2(powdered peanut butter, 45 cals for 2 Tbsp)..good stuff :-)

I'm considering starting to use some of the low carb lifestyle to help with losing weight where i want it most..the belly..where do you get your information from? I don't want to do atkins..more south beach style or ww version of a low carb lifestyle they had a few years ago, don't know if that is still going.

No, not staffed 24 hours..at least not at mine. we have a 'key' that lets me in. You have to use this even when it is staffed, which is no big deal.

I am an Anytime Fitness member..me and my other half pay $58 per month and considering how much I am there alone, it is worth every penny. Not to mention, the encouraging staff are awesome!
