start with eliminating carbs. besides fresh veggies and eliminate high fat protein and salty foods! stick with egg whites for breakfast chicken salad for lunch and fish and veggies for dinner and of coarse fill in with snacks that are healthy in in your calorie budget! any questions let me know!

i can see to break the late night eating habit? and it always seem my biggest issue is nuts and almond butter! it's extremely frustrating when i eat good all day and then blow it on one thing!

Oh thats a good idea, i think it would be best for me to eliminate eating at night all together like you said, that way it rids temptation and possible failure!

My biggest struggle is late night eating! i will eat fine in the day and good during dinner but if i am up till late i find myself eating non stop and too much, its uncontrollable! any advice?
