Nope. I have mine on my non dominant hand. But I have it set on the settings as dominant. So it's not so sensitive with those little movements.

I love it!!!!!! But I find im charging it every other day if not everyday. But I use it to log my exercises on the treadmill and am pushing the buttons a lot.

Week 2 day 5 tonight!! I've been getting massive headaches starting between my shoulders, up my neck, and then wrapping around my head. It's been since I started week 2. Maybe I'm lifting wrong??

Today will be day 2 of Ripped in 30 for me. I liked Week 2 much more than Week 1, the time just flew by. I just bought the Kickbox Fast Fix from Walmart yesterday so I'll be giving that a shot after the R30 tonight. Woo! :)

I wear a sports bra that's a size or two smaller than what I should wear. My sister-in-law swears by Victoria's Secret sports bra with the cups in them. She's almost too big for a DD bra so its hard for her to get the "girls" under control when exercising. But this sucks them fast to her chest and she says they don't move…

I had originally worn a heart rate monitor (chest strap) and calculated my calories burned and created my own exercise out of it. For 30 minutes I burned roughly 304 calories (5'3" & 165 lbs). A lot of people log it as circuit training general which is about 288 calories per 30 minutes. For me it doesn't really matter…

I've been doing Ripped in 30 (boy do my muscles hurt). I also just bought Jillian Michaels Kickboxing DVD so we'll see how that goes haha. :)

:) Thanks for your help!!! I will tell him to eat something small an hour or so beforehand and drink water before, during, and after he exercises. Hopefully that'll do the trick. Otherwise he's going to have to go to the doctor. I know a year or so ago they said he has borderline high blood pressure. Not enough to need…

I'm sure it was a mix of the two. He is used to lifting weights but not so much to the cardio that's in the DVDs. His stomach was pretty much empty except for the cup of coffee he had an hour beforehand. Thanks for the help!
