I love DDR! I have the wii version and I work out on it all the time. It has a 'workout mode' option and you can set it to burn as many calories as you want, up to 1000 at a time. It usually takes me about 1hr. of dancing on the difficult mode to burn 1000 calories and you really do sweat from it. Good luck!:smile:

hungry girl has these egg mugs that are really good and simple to make. I think once a day is enough. Jillian is intense! Also, if you are anything like me, it will get boring. I recommend once a day and maybe Zumba or kickboxing as another activity. Keep it fresh and you will stick with it longer : )
