Thank you!! This was exactly what I was searching for. So if my daily calorie intake is 1600 , that means on a day when I burn off 500, I will eat 2100 so I get the 1600 calories?

Fruit is good for your body, but when you're trying to loose weight its also about the amount of food you eat. Fruit and other healthy things are better for your body instead of eating junk food and sweets. But as said, you need to reduce the intake of fruits (food as matter of fact)

Thank you for your advice! I'm so glad that it's actually possible for me. Yes, I'm very new to this site, I had no idea you could do that! So I just measured my hips, and I'm gonna measure them again in a month. I'll definitely add some more cardio to my daily exercise. Thanks again for your advice! xo
