Hi! I was once 285 (2008). THIS time when I started losing, I was 267. 237 (I think) when I started logging foods 289 days ago. I was a size 20 & now almost 32 pounds lighter & a size 16, I still have 59 pounds to go :) YOU CAN DO IT! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

We're in the same boat then. I've had a hard time adjusting into healthier choices. I'm doing much better at it now that I've made a more conscious effort for the past (almost) 100 days.

So having protein in the morning is okay and it doesn't really matter if I have more immediately after a workout?

Thanks, this helps a lot. My LBM is 116 & should be around 97. My protein averages close to that (116). Should it be closer to 97 or closer to what my weight is now?

I'm not sure about "requirements" for nursing but, I am eating 1900 calories a day, nursing a 7 1/2 month old baby and am losing around 2 pounds per week. This has just been within the last 4-5 weeks though & he does have solids. This may or may not help, hope it does :happy:
