Great job. I think I speak for a lot of people when I ask, is there anything you're doing specifically for that tummy or are you one of the lucky ones with "comes off the mid section first" genetics?

I drink my protein shake during my workout and it seems to give the boost I need.

And it's great that you love what you do. Most people aren't that lucky, however, you also have to balance what's best for your family as a whole. If that means putting off what you love for now to make sure you are providing for your kids, then that's what needs to be done. I'm not trying to lecture and I'm sure you've…

Been there, done that. It sounds like you're getting great advise and doing a great job. Keep up the great work. Things will get better. On that note, I know you were asking for advise on the food and shopping end of things but I'm curious about work. You said you make only about $26K a year. Have you looked for anything…

Absolutely, you can lose without working out.

So, I laughed way to hard at this visualization.

Wow, that's odd. I'm sorry you went through that. I was on the shot for 2 years, then got off it to have my son (was preggers within 2 months), then went back on it for 8 more years then got off it to have my daughter (got preggers after 4 months). Doc said I couldn't go back on it after the daughter so went with an IUD…

Fixed it for ya!

If the information label says so much per servings and you cut the serving in half then, yes, all the information would get cut in half.

I'm curious how the previous 2 failed? Was is a defect with the band or did they just not do what you expected them to do?
-
If you know how many calories you've burned doing the workout, yes, you should eat a portion of those calories back.
-
We get it. You have a cold. :frowning: LOL

I go take a walk around the mall or the store if I haven't gotten all my steps in. I also work a desk job at a factory so I'll walk around the factory twice a day. There's always places to just walk around.

Oh I have resting B**** face every morning, it's normal. Awesome job!

You know what they say

I agree with the previous posters. You lack comittment. Also, you won't gain muscle eating at a deficit.

This is awesome, however, I wouldn't expect to lose at this rate for long. With only 9-10 lbs to lose, you should be shooting for .5 lbs a week. I would up your calories. I know it sounds counter productive but it should help to regulate your loss. Eating at to high of a deficit for too long will slow down your loss and,…

Well, unfortunately I was a shy 20 yr old with a whole family full of blind people (I learned to place Chess on a braille board) so I was the only one that actually thought it was kind of creative. Nothing came out of it, but still creative in my mind. Looking back now, it was lame.
-
I had a guy come up to me with his eyes closed, grabbed my breast andn then apologized saying "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought your name tag was in braille".

Don't force yourself to eat if you're not hungry. That might create a very unhealthy relationship with food. Use weekly goals rather than the daily ones. You say you'll eat back those calories on days you're hungry after workouts and that's great. I tend to go a couple days way under my goal but then I am over goal for the…

A Ah hahahaha OMG  That's awesome!

Just means you'll have a bigger deficit, however, be careful because if you have a large enough deficit for a long enough period of time, your body will have a starvation response (not starvation mode). A physiologic response to a marked decrease in caloric intake: the basal metabolic rate falls to a minimum to conserve…
