Hi, I DO NOT have an answer for your question DIRECTLY. However between ALL trackers I've found FitBit to be most consistently effective both in Neg and Pos additions AND regularly syncing to the app. Rest of them all were just NOT doing it automatically. IMO we did not spend this money on these trackers for manual updates…

Eating faster is supposed to bypass the full signal coming from your gut to your mind. Eating slower seems to enhance that. Eating slower is also considered mindful, you're enjoying and feeling your food better. This is in keeping with the understanding of what a binge means, eating a lot of food in a small amount of time…

Kinga, as a Chicago area resident you know it's over a 100 miles across. However I've found apps like Yelp and Google as reliable sources for valid reviews and local info. So did you find anything?

Houston Wolf, Welcome back. I use this device VivoFit 3 - and you have to press and hold the "sync" button with the GC app open to make it sync the data to the GC app - from there it should Sync automatically to MFP. It works like that. With Fitibit (Charge 2 HR) it was more frequent auto-sync (but also charge the device…

@ OP, Thanks for bringing this up - BED is a growing problem. I am working on this myself. You are right - often times causes are outside of "eating/ hunger" with BED as compensatory behaviors. However there are triggers - of which sugar is one, specifically falling bloodsugars - which trigger hunger. So I am trying…

Love, Infatuation, Obsession, are not exclusive to one another. It's not like one is necessarily better than others. They all have their place and time. Problem happens when we tell ourselves it's love when it's not. Yata Yata Yata, Then you get headaches or heartaches (the yata yata words were added to make the topic…

Firstly - I would like to congratulate you on being in recovery for 2 years, and continuing to work on Staying healthy - and then asking these questions here. Yes it's sustainable I'd lost 90 lbs, gained 50 back. But I know how it happened. That's calorie counting. It's more sustainable than any specific meal plans, commercial plans, or just dieting. It's also compatible with all of the above.

The tracker looks excellent but there's no integration with my fitness pal. For something similar consider misfit flash.
