Started phase 3 yesterday. I don't like workout 9 except for the curtseys and I still don't like workout 7, hope the others are better.

You mean Crack Cookies!! my daughter is a girl scout and she sold over 200 boxes we bought 10 from her and then my husband bought another 6 from different troops outside of the grocery stores! Luckily he's eaten most of them.

I personally would like to have an instructor who is in shape, it would motivate me more. I want to look at them and think I could maybe look like that and have muscles like that if I keep it up. I always wonder how an instructor who teaches sometimes 2 to 3 classes a day could still be overweight.

Natural all the way. I've also heard of people getting presciptions for drugs like Adderall and Ritalin to try and lose weight, which I think is CRAZY!!
