Hello!! I know self esteem itself can be unnatractive to a lot of people. Who wants to hear people whine about themselves all day? Anyway, I think you look beautiful and would love to provide support for you for strengthening and toning up your body as well as reducing your body fat! I've been off and on myfitnesspal for…

Beautiful dress and looking slim! (:

What my personal trainer told me to do was 6-7 days of exercise with weight training every other day.

I have one or two things that don't fit me, but I'm keeping them because I know it'll feel so good when I can finally wear it and look good in it. One of the shirts I've had for five years now fits me! I'd still like to lose a little more weight before wearing it around in public though. Just be patient with yourself and…

I couldn't help but be amazed when I saw the last picture. You look so happy and beautiful! I bet you feel so great now!! Way to go!!!

You look so stunning and a million times happier. Not to mention you will be a great role model and inspiration for many people, including your little angel (:

I usually make my dinner my largest meal of the day and have a very large amount of water. 4 cups sometimes! It fills me up A LOT. I used to have that all the time, its not so bad anymore.

I looked through all the pages, didn't find my twin! July 9th (:

I haven't done the shred program, but I know you do it every day for 30 days to see the results. I don't think you need to do anymore exercise than that every day, but you could always go out and do some extra cardio to burn more calories. I probably would withhold anymore strength training because you don't want to get…

Did my 35 for the day! I almost thought it was only 30 then I thought I'd better double check! Good thing too.

@Alissakelly I would definitely say Belle from Beauty and the Beast! (I'm the girl in white)

You should go see a doctor, it could be serious.

Make sure you are drinking enough water and maybe try having a power bar or something small before workouts. It might help.

If you like mashed potatos, you can make a healthier version using cauliflowers, all mashed up, instead!

What works for a lot of people are cheat days. Maybe once a month or once every two weeks where you just eat whatever you want. Personally I find when I go workout with a friend and have people who are watching me closely and keeping me accountable, I'm more likely to stick to my plan strictly. I don't want to dissapoint…

A really healthy friend of mine likes to get about two cups of lettuce, add in quinoa, and some chopped vegetables (sometimes falafel) and I have to say, I couldn't help but sneak bites from her lunch here and there. It was delicious and super healthy/filling.

I'll do this. I did it yesterday and I've done mine for today as well. Was hesitant to join, but I'll go ahead and challenge myself. It can only do good things.

Sounds good!

I adore clam chowder. I'm keeping this for later!! Yummy.

Starbucks has the refreshers. They are cold drink with all the same amount of caffeine as a regular cup of coffee but, for the cool lime refresher there is only 50 calories in a grande. 70 in the very berry hibiscus grande. You can even add green tea instead of water to the cool lime refresher, still have 50 calories but…

Thanks everyone, maybe I'll just stick to some vitamin c tablets and possibly a vitamin D one as well.

I find that a whole wheat english muffin with an egg is around 190 calories and really yummy. Or try having yogurt with honey. Yogurt with a little bit of granola. There are quaker isntant oatmeal packets you can buy that are 100-130 calories. Double up on the 100 calorie packets or add some fruit and mix things up.

@parisshaye Is a really strong person and is proud of what they've accomplished so far!

I would say 300+ is good and 500+ is great! Anymore than that is wonderful

You have to do what is right for yourself. Some people are complete believers of eating all those calories back, but it isn't for everyone. Don't force yourself to eat when you aren't hungry, listen to your body. I eat my exercise calories back sometimes, other days I don't really. It is up to you (:

Well hello and welcome to a community of amazing people! Congratulations on your wedding and if you stick to your calorie goal and keep on moving, the pounds will be melting away before you know it! You'll do great!!! A tip is to drink a lot of water in between all your food, which might curb what you think is hunger, or a…
