    I would say 300+ is good and 500+ is great! Anymore than that is wonderful

    I think it all depends on your goal, what kind of shape you are in and what you are eating.

    id say only 500 max as an overall deficit thats roughly one pound per week anything more then that is somewhat unhealthy
