It's not possible to spot reduce. :sad: unfortunately. Cardio is essencial. Continue with Cardio exercises and try Pilates. It works for me. I always do Cardio and Pilates, I search it on Youtube, I love Blogilates, Fitness Blender... Also, continue to eat clean and drink lots of water!!! Good luck! :flowerforyou:

I'm pretty sure fruit is the only thing you can eat as much as you would like because the sugar that's in it is actually healthy. That's why I pay more attention to WHAT am I actually eating and I'm really self-conscious about it, instead of being obcessed with the number of calories. Good luck with your challenge…
