Rodneyderrick, I log it all the good the bad and the ugly, notice my nights of several glasses of wine ALL logged, my Burger King trips ALL logged. But I just can't believe its wrecking everything else I do. I just don't get it. :( I'm h aving a hard day, whining and feeling like a failure at this. I hope to get back on…

5grn9 THATS exactly where I'm coming from, why aren't we seeing it? I lost a lot of weight several years ago, but I truely starved myself.......I have kids now and I want to do things in a healthy way!!! :) I don't weigh my food but I am definately going to get a scale, I do however measure portions, not sure that makes a…

Rawjra...hope I didn't mess that up too bad. Yes I work out a lot, thats whats getting me soooo upset lol Where are my darn results. And yes I eat the calories back when I'm hungry. I'm not a late night snacker, but I do enjoy a few glasses of wine here and there and I do log them. I don't eat candy, but I do indulge in…

Thank you all so much, I appreciate that you took the time to type what you did to me. I do not mean to come across as a spoiled brat because I'm upset over 15 lbs and others have more to lose, I'm very sorry if it came across like that. But we all have our own insecurties. And what makes me feel disgusting is not the…

I'm never FAR under and sometimes over but usually close. I guess thats what I don't understand I thought we were suppose to be at or near our calorie count if we aren't whats the point?

Fiber and sodium......I think I'm high on the sodium side. But I thought mainly it all boiled down to calories? :( I'm feeling very overwhelmed.....I'm pmsing lol
-
No I'm not on any medication. Over the past two years I put on 10 pounds I REALLY don't want! And I feel like I've never worked harder for it to go.

Do not weight yourself everyday, thats just punishment lol MAYBE weigh yourself once a week, I don't even do that. Measure yourself now, and then weigh yourself every 2 weeks and measure once a month. Track progress that way. Drink lots, and lots of water at least 8 glasses I eat a lot of "plants" = veggies, fruit, salads…

marking for later

Are you drinking enough water? I see you are eating before working out, thats good, make sure its enough to keep you going. Do not have any sweets before working out .......... pop or candy, that can mess with blood sugar Here is a great link on what you are asking: http://www.nauseahelp.com/?p=53

Also lets just say you are 139 at the top end of the "130's" thats a bmi of 21 !!! Where is there to go from that? I have to leave these thread........I'm sorry, I'm just really worried about you.

I also think its the responsibility of the person responding to gather as much info as they can before just throwing advice out, that is why I went to her profile first, something wasn't "adding" up and viola it sure wasn't. And now I see she is 130 and 5 '8 not sure what weight is trying to be lost :(
-
I still don't understand ............. you are 130~~~~ stop trying to lose more weight. Its just not making any sense to me. Even at 150 on a 5 8' frame is MAYBE a size 6, not sure how that isn't healthy either.............. this doesn't seem healthy at all.

Hi, I just read your profile, and a few things stuck out at me , first I would consult a doctor any time you are having issues especially with your heart history. And second, the fact you are even trying to lose weight......5 8 and 136 pounds? I cannot imagine you have anything to lose. Your "weight" gain is more than…

nope, I would skip weighing in during that time, my weight fluctuates a ton! Why add more stress lol ;)
-
I would still count it and try to throw in a half hour of areobic work out to earn some extra calories ;)
-
make sure you are stretching enough AFTER you work out, drink lots of water. If you get them REST, ice and a massage is great for healing

No, peoples bones are of different density. And actually someone who weighs more, their bones are "bigger" and more dense. The bones become this way from carrying the weight, proven fact. Interesting as I never thought of it that way or that it could be, but it is.

I agree that its tricky, but types vary a lot. I would suggest to get to a weight where YOU feel comfortable and healthy. I think the bmi levels seem a bit extreme. My husband is considered "obese" and thats just ridiculous.
