I wouldn't worry about it either. :0)

Yep, jacked that up. I put 1 oz instead of 1 pound. Worry everyone. I thought it looked too good to be true.

I had that issue for about 3 weeks straight and I was starting to get disappointed and just wanted to call it quits, but I didn't. I decided that maybe my body needed a little shock, so for about a week I ate back all my exercise calories on top of all my normal ones and I woke up after about 6 or 7 days of doing that and…

No problem!! I was just looking for something to keep me motivated and more realistic, so I found this and wanted to share!!

Personally, I'd switch it but make a mental note to myself that the original scale was 10 pounds off. That way, it's more realistic and you don't forget one day, step on the scale and think you've gained 2 or 3 pounds. But that's just me.. :0)

I have that same issue, 2 kids less than 2 years apart and the only thing that I have been doing, and that FINALLY seems to be working, is P90X plus running, pretty much everyday. I've managed to drop 3 inches in about 3 weeks time. And the only place that I carry the weight is in my stupid stomach too. I hope this helps.

I have it and I love it. You have to calibrate it in order for it to accurately measure you're distance. It should tell you in the manual or on the website how to calibrate it. I've been a runner since I was 13!! I'm currently getting in shape and training for the Rochester Marathon in 2012 (gotta lose the left over weight from having my girls back to back)!! It's not easy, but it feels great!!

Oh, and I also like sugar free vanilla pudding from the freezer!! Yum. I put it in those little juice freezer pop things for kids and it's oh so good.

I'd have to say that our "love" life has changed. It has gotten better as I grow more confident in the way I look and I've found that the more confident I am in my appearance, the more attracted to me my husband is. I'm not saying he wasn't attracted before, but I think attitude and self confidence play a huge roll in…

Helloooo. Just wanted to say hi. I've been here for almost a month now and haven't met anyone, although I am pretty shy. I wish you the best in reaching your goals!! :0)

From all of my studies, you lose weight from the top down. This is generally speaking because if you gain more weight in your stomach, like when you have a baby, the last place you'll see weight loss is in your stomach. In most cases, it's from the top down.

Could be muscle mass that is causing you to gain weight, or PMS.
