need help badly

I have been working out daliy and even tho the scale isn't showing the weight lost my measurements have gone down everywhere but my legs and thighs. I was wondering if anyone knew a good workout to help shed the leg fat.

    walking, bike riding, swimming (when it gets warmer) cardio is really good at shedding the legs/thighs.

    Unfortunately you can't "spot" reduce areas of fat. It's a general loss. Usually the first place it goes on is the last place it comes off. : ( Just keep doing what you're doing. Work hard and it will happen. Congrats on the inches lost!
  • I started Jillian's 30-day Shred two days ago... I hadn't noticed much change in my legs, like you. This morning, I measured my legs for the first official time in a month. I'd lost 2 inches on my thighs, and I hadn't lost those 2 inches prior to the Shred. She really works engaging all those muscles through squats and other exercises mixed with strength training.     My main exercis is riding a recumbant bike. My legs have lost more inches than anywhere else on my body. I used to have those "saddle bag" thighs... but no more. I watch tv while I ride. In fact, I rarely watch tv unless I am riding. Good luck!
  • From all of my studies, you lose weight from the top down. This is generally speaking because if you gain more weight in your stomach, like when you have a baby, the last place you'll see weight loss is in your stomach. In most cases, it's from the top down.

    you can`t spot loose weight, but you can spot gain muscle.

    Build some leg muscle.
