Omg my dessert had brownie on the bottom layer. Brownies are my favorite I can’t turn them down. The rest of my dessert I had I threw away in the trash so I can’t be tempted to eat it 😀

I recently had twins with a c section but I go Thursday so hopefully I can be cleared to exercise. I did buy healthy food to eat today for the rest of the week. It’s hard because my husband gets and eats whatever like junk

My parents always sends me leftovers. there isn’t much left over there is a few things BUT there is some amazing spicy shrimp linguine that my dad made that I adore. I’m going to throw away the rest tomorrow 😭 New Year’s Day I’m going o measure everything out that I can ( every holiday we go to my parents house)

I have tried the Keto/low carb diet before I got pregnant and I didn’t loose hardly any weight and I used a low carb app for that. I have used this app before and I have more success tracking calories.

Sorry I probably don’t even make sense I guess to me it’s easier to scan everything I eat for example chicken and green beans is easy to figure out how many calories I would be eating Tonight for supper I had some Burrito thing and it was a mixture of stuff and it said 1 cup was a serving size. It’s driving me nuts not…

I think the reason why I lost so much in a month without doing anything is because of breastfeeding. I stopped because I didn't make enough and not it hasn't changed. So I guess I have to work for it now.
