You need to up your exercise or try a different routine. Cooked veggies for greens, different exercises in the gym or whatever you were doing before and so on.

I try and stick to one slice a day. Sourdough bread is delish! Plus a much better option than white bread.

I was on Herbalife, lost a lot of weight - 10 kilograms in 1 month but it is so expensive to maintain, so gained it all back again. Herbalife do great shakes, especially the cookie ones. YUM!

You can add some protein to it. I started using Slender Blend. I can honestly say the results are pretty amazing!

You have to give it 12 weeks in order to see any difference.

The heavier you are, the quicker you can lose. Some people lose faster in the first weeks especially if they change their lifestyle from sedentary to very active. Make sure you don't injure yourself if you work out every day. 7500 calories deficit = 1 KG lost.
