I love this story!! I am feeling the same way right about now. 30lbs down and some of the things I do today make me cry happy tears, even a trip to walmart when I find myself looking at the +sizes then it hits me I don't need to be there anymore!! I applaud what your doing and Wish you the best in your last lbs gone!!!!!!

I don't add them. I look at it as you were burning them before you started this and it was not making me lose. So I only log in what I work off by workouts, they say you burn 1,200 a day anyway so I just don't log any of it in.

If you eat your 1200 a day you will be fine, you don't want to eat what you burned off. I think it's just showing you what you burned off by doing the exercise. If you keep eating what your taking off I don't see how your going to lose anything. but the other comment says it best. do what works for you. so many people are…

not sure if it will work but try maybe some hot tea and a book. maybe that might do it for you. I workout at night also but I am able to go right to sleep. I hope that helps

yea I have never tried it. someone just gave me a health book and that is what I was reading when I clicked on this. it's has cinnamon in it alot. It does sound like it was to good to be true.

maybe try to do a little less but more. instead of doing what you are doing. do 2 to 3 20 min workouts till you feel like you are going strong again. then go back to how you are doing it. I am still kind of new to all of this but I hope it helps you out a little. Good Luck!!

If you have Pandora try putting in the black eyes peas and the music that plays around that is awesome to work out to. also lady gaga has some good songs to get you going. also try to Google great workout songs and see if you like any of them
