Adding calories burned!

Okay, I have a question for everybody out there. I've been confused about what you should post as calories burned. I realize you state on your profile how active you are daily along with how many workouts/week and how long they are into the system. My question is, do you add calories that are not from your workouts? Such as calories you burn while working. I know people log calories burned while cleaning, etc... So do you log those calories or not? I did a little bit of an experiment by changing my activity level, the only difference I saw was that when I had less activity it took away caloreis that I was suppose to consume. So I know that I am rambling on, but if anybody has the answers, please let me know. Thanks!

I don't add them. I look at it as you were burning them before you started this and it was not making me lose. So I only log in what I work off by workouts, they say you burn 1,200 a day anyway so I just don't log any of it in.

I only count the calories that I gain from activities I wouldn't normally do if I were not doing it specifically for weight loss... time at the gym, walks, runs, bike rides, etc.

I agree with JustBill, I only log what I get from specifically working out, aka gym, runs, etc. If it is another form of activity that I'm not doing primarily for a workout, I won't log it and just go with any added effect it might have. I actually walk quite a bit during the week (maybe 20-30 minutes per day) but I don't add it in.
