  • Hey everyone!! Did L1D4 last night and I really do think its better NOT to skip days. After 2 days of not doing it ..it was hard. It seems like on the consecutive days I got stronger but I was also not feeling super good yesterday. Going to shred and treadmill this morning.
  • PPF - Thank you!!! I will be shredding and hitting the treadmill tonight especially after entering my Venti Dark cherry Mocha (non fat, no whip) and realizing it was 350 calories.YIKES! Have a safe trip!

  • that's funny! It felt really good to run. Even though I only did it for 20 minutes. Small steps. But I wore my heart rate monitor and I burned 222 calories. That's the nice thing about the monitor. You get a more accurate calorie count than if you enter in generically. Fitness pall would have only had me at 145 calories.
