I use my 8 year old to do my exercise with weights (approx 23kg), and the chairs for triceps and the wall for push ups.

You can change the calories burned amount if you want, just pick the default one and two boxes should show with time and calories. These can be altered. If you change time even 1 min it will auto adjust the cals burned. So just alter the calories burned amount. Do you use an apps and which one? As u can change C25K from…

I am only on Week 1 Day 2 but to log the exercise I created my own on MFP (called it C25K) and added the minutes and Cals burned from what the app (RunDouble) said.

I log all my walks (except ones like walking around the Mall etc) and I use Endomondo for Android app (its free) to log and record my progress, and find it links well with MFP and tracks cals burned etc. I also try not to eat back what I lose as I want to lose a fair bit of weight.

I am about 133kg and I have been adding tiny runs into my walks at time this week and like the op I am so self concious that b4 starting i will look around and make sure nobody is about before slowly moving into a slow jog. I use a free app for Andriod called Endomondo it tracks my distance,av speed cal burned, time and has other options. I also link it to MFP and it adds in the correct cals burned etc to the excercise diary.
