pb&j is always a good option. use a low cal wheat bread and sugar free jam and you'll cut quite a few calories out. fruit and veggies travel well and are good room temp. I often will eat my left overs from dinner the night before room temp - it beats waiting in line for the microwave. :)

I pulled out a xl fleece jacket yesterday that I was used to having to pull up above my belly to zip then struggle down around my hips but yesterday I put it on and without thinking zipped it from around my hips without a problem!

i have the garmin fr60 heart rate monitor and footpad with watch. i love it! I ordered it from amazon.

i made this the other day but instead of basil and paprika i used cumin and chili powder and it was AMAZING!

I get on the scale eery morning as part of my routine because I know that if I dont I will forget on weigh in day. I only log my weight once a week though

fat free milk and sugar free chocolate syrup. I make mine in the blender bottle and it gets slightly frothy, almost shake like.
