Still a work in progress! But I love these inspiring topics/posts, and sometimes I take pics just to remind myself how far I have come and to not give up! Logging calories, running, and strength training. And most importantly it took TIME! I constantly remind myself of that last one... Haha.

I will also be biking, though I ran this morning. 3 miles but with no extra weight haha, my backpack just was kinda painful and I don't own a weight vest unfortunately! Mini challenge of the week: Eat 4+ servings of veggies a day! This will be difficult for me, I'm a fruit person haha.

I think a lot of people try to cut it out completely, but that's no fun. Haha jk jk. But really I think the key is definitely moderation and choosing lower calorie drinks.
