Missed a LOT of weigh-ins so I kept a lot of people the same. But even with that, this group lost a combined 601.8lbs over the last 10 weeks!!!!!

I'm spending the next 6 weeks recovering from surgery, so my goal is to stick to my calories like glue! I want to lose weight despite not getting any exercise and I KNOW it can be done (I've never done it myself but I've seen other people do it, so it's gotta be possible!)0

Yesterday I went over on my food intake (I swear they put crack in Trader Joe's cornbread to make you eat the whole pan) but today shouldn't be too bad.
Goals for the week:
Try not to overeat
Drink that water!
Workout 3x at least0 -

I'm hoping to see a higher average loss per week this round, so that is gonna take more discipline than I displayed last round. Bootcamp starts again this week, I've sworn off ice cream for at least the next month, and I am committed to working hard to get results.
