bodyrock.tv, amazing short workouts designed to do in the comfort of your home with great results. They just recently started adding more equipment but they also have modifications for those that don't have the equipment, (like me) but I've gotten results and that's what matters to me!! =)

Well I start Phase 2 next week, so we'll see how it goes, I'm actually pretty excited about it so my plan is to stick this thing out, This is the longest I've done a program and actually followed it LOL I'm loving it!! :bigsmile:

bump! I love tilapia!! I wrap mine in foil with a little opening at top, sprinkled with lemon juice, parsley, whatever seasonings im feelng that day, and a little margarine. Bake in oven or on the grill until flaky. YUMMY!!!
