I would not for sure to that trainer-I eat carbs with my meals-and I still lose-I don't mean to say this trainer sounds like he needs a nutrtinist-i do fruits veg, and I stay 1200 works for me

I rest 2 days aweek-use to do 7 days aweek had to find a balance-because I lift I need my muscle to recover-I do try to get some type of cardio in daily even if its running are a fast wlak-as for strength training 5 days aweek for sure-body need to rest

I do agree-when I want to use the squat rack and a jerk is doing curls-it is annoying-but I don't let it run my day

wow I am truly sorry-my mom had cancer last year -and I gained 20 pounds back after losing 94 pounds so I can relate-my mom is ok now-it is so hard when we go through hard times-but you are not alone-please feel free to add me:smile:

I workout at the gym-but I do jillian micheals dvd also -i really like her workouts -she is intense-and you see results if you stick with it-the 21 day no junk food is a great idea-I believe besides the 30 day shred-it is what you eat-so for me that's what works
