for me I use food to norish my body-I don't let myself get super hungry so I don't overeat-I really don't think it matters when you eat-as long as you are eating in order to lose your body needs food to burn are it could hold on to fat-so as long as yo are geeting enough food don't worru

I LOVE MY QUEST BARS-they do taste good-I am eating one right now-but you do have to watch eating too many of them-I try to only eat 1 -but my friend they do taste good-so just move on it is not the end of the world-just log it and move it-don't beat yourself-:smile:

I love them they are so yummy-some taste better then others I love the cookies and cream -and the choc brownie-I put the in microwave foe 6 seconds -also for me they are the healthiest bar out there -and don't have all the junk in them-in fact I am going to have one right now

I lost weight and inches doing it-I have pics on my pofile-it is hard but worth it-its 25 minutes a day-then on Friday its 60 minutes-but I diffently lost inches doing it

do squats and dead leg lifts-that will help just make sure you do them correctly-I do heavy lifting a lot of cardio-stairstepper good luck

I have a fitbit one-and it is amazing-it was the best$100.00 I ever spend-makes me want to keep moving-when I am lifting it doesn't count it-it counts steps-as for the other -I never used it-I am sure whatever one you get you will like

I put in microwave and they are yummy-I really like them helps me from eating sweets-I use them as a treat-I like cookies and cream-I do buy the boxes-and keep one on hand -I also use them as ameal replacement

I use the fitbit one been using for 2 months-I don't track my sleep-but I track my steps I try to do atleast 10,000 steps aday-and its fun when you compete againist others

I do 10,000 steps a day sometimes more-somedays less-the most I have ever done has been 14,000 steps
