Hi, I have the same goal. I am currently at 188 lbs, and have about 63 more to lose. I just started my weight loss again after having my 4th child. My goal is to lose 2 lbs a week. If you would like to add me as a friend, maybe we could be motivation for each other.

Hi, I really can't answer your question, but I tried zumba for the first time today....AWESOME! (I can't get most of the moves either!) I was wondering if anyone know how to put the zumba workout in our exercise profile?

This is a great challenge...just wish I would have read this before I went to the gym. The only day that I don't write down my distance while I was on the treadmill, and so now I can't count it because I don't remember the distance. Oh well, now I will have to go even more!

This challenge is going to be a lot easier than the no chocolate. I didn't do very good on that one.

SW 190 GW for Saturday is 189 I hope the best for everyone. I was able to do my full 90 minutes today minus 1 minute. I really hope that I will be able to do that the rest of the week. Providing my youngest son will stop being mean to everyone and start listening, so that I can stay my whole time at the gym.
