I have a daughter with very very curly hair (1/4 black), how do you make a 3 year old's hair look good the second day ? if it is even possible with out a conditioner rinse.

hey there! I am in a very similar situation! Or I was I started at 283 @ 5'5". I started out eating more :S... I eat back all my exercise calories up to 2000. Now I am at 227.2. It's not to quick if you have your deficit set to 2 lbs a week. As long as you aren't hungry all should be good.

I love my aqua exercise! I don't know where i would be with out my aqua... Currently do it 2-3 times a week... but those 2-3 times are close 2 hours each ;).

Had a similar conversion with the kids pediatrician. (kids are 1/4 black). Did you know there is a different growth chart for black kids then white. (actually there is one for asian, black, hispanic, and breast fed babies.)

i am currently on break from WoW. Been playing SWTOR with the hubby... i hate having to reboot my mac for pc games:S i also suffer from depression... working out helps on most days,

Hi! I too have debilitating depression. There is no way to beat the crash of endorphins. I found that spending time out doors in the sun for a bit helps.

Our weightless journey is never linear or easy. You have to take it one day at a time, one meal and one bite at a time. You can do this. So stop the pity party and hit your reset button. You are stronger then you think. The hardest part is changing your relationship with food. Forgive yourself.

We cover ours in chalula Hit sauce. We put it under the broiler in a foil tent for 29 min. We then open it up and blacken it for 10-20 min. Weekly favorite! My kids ask for more:)

I use mine for lap swim and aqua aerobics. The only time i have problems is when the band is tight... if it becomes too lose it won't register.

I eat between 1500-2100 depending on exercise day or not. I refuse encourage people for not eating.
