for an hour spinning class I can burn 500-600 with my ft7, circuit training 450-600, water aerobics 400-500. I am 5'5" 210 lbs. during that hour I give all I have. So if you gave it all you had (unable to carry a conversation) I would say it sounds like your heart rate is within range. Hope this helps

I found that sticking to calories for 1 lb a week helped me from turning into a junk goblin ;). If you err forgive yourself... Your doing great.

I did the hydro static test (where they dunk you and weigh.) It told me at 230 lbs that I was only 40.5 % fat. All other devices show me at about 55-60. so I would take the scale thing with a grain of salt. :)

yup! I eat most of them. Sometimes more sometimes less. Down 68 lbs, no regrets :)

I am virtually alone. I got parents doing it... but they live 2500 miles away.

pistachio's, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews...etc etc etc. too many to choose all so yummy.

first thing in the morning, butt naked after taking care of business.

my son walks around his preschool telling his friends that "my mom doesn't have a baby in her belly ." They like patting it. :(

first thing: forgive yourself. weightloss is not about one day... its about averages. So you start back at zero in the morning.

5'5" 234 lbs down from 286...

I got it done and it cost about $50. IT showed I had a slightly higher metabolism :)

1st month no weight lost... Give it time it will come. I had to become brutally honest with myself.

1% due to our pediatrician. I like it for the calcium and protein. I prefer 2% or whole but I can't make my kids drink 1% while i drink the good stuff :)

at our Y this is common.

I like the kens honey mustard, ranch, and blue cheese. I measure out one table spoon (15g) and dip my fork into it before i pierce the salad.
