lunges and foot pain
I started body pump class a couple of weeks ago. yes, lunges are painful. However, the arches of my feet kill me during lunges (more so then the rest of my legs especially the foot that is behind me.) Is this a problem with my foot, my shoe, both. or the user :) ? Calories reset to lower number. Now i am finding myself irri
The beginning of the year mfp had a adjusted my calories down to 1380. The problem is since I have tried to stick to the 1380 calories down from 1500. I find I am very moody and irritable and don't have energy I should. Should I up my calories back? Currently it is set for 2 lbs a week. thank you for your advice
