I started body pump class a couple of weeks ago. yes, lunges are painful. However, the arches of my feet kill me during lunges (more so then the rest of my legs especially the foot that is behind me.) Is this a problem with my foot, my shoe, both. or the user :)?

Any suggestions would be great!

then the bottom of my foot kills me for the rest of the day.

  • Hmmm it can be multiple problems. Your shoe may have to much of an arch causing your foot to contract and cramp up causing you pain. Or the form of you lunges may be a little rocky make sure your front foot shin is straight with your back. Make sure you are breathing some ppl like to hold there breath. Lol hope this helped. :)
