So I took the advice provided above and although I still feel a bit shaky on my left side , I have noticed it was not as bad at 75lbs as it was at 70lbs. So improvement yah!!!! I tried some different widths with my grip and it seems to have worked. Paid more attention during bench press as well and can see at which point…

Mine are pretty young but the first and most important thing I teach them is a to do stuff for themselves. Getting dressed, feeding themselves , getting things out of the fridge. It sounds simply but I have too many friends with 8 year olds that are having their homework done for them and getting help putting on pants and…

this is a great idea. He may not want to go because he doesn't know what to expect and is feeling a little anxious. once he sees how " cool" a place it is he can make a more informed decision.

When I was teen my younger sister had modeling aspirations. I was out with my mom one night and we ran into an acquaintance of hers who ran a modeling agency. He politely asked if I was the daughter who was interested in modeling. As I was responding with no that would be my sister he gave me a super slow up and down once…

Casseroles are your friends. Add some grilled meat and a salad. Sometimes i will do a twofer, one main casserole scoop out a bunch into one dish, add a toooonnnnn of veg to the remainder and put that all in a second dish. The one without " the weird veggies" is for the kids, the other one is mine and hubbys. Some regulars…

I was having a hard time with my youngest, always wanted holding soon as i touched a pot, pan, knife you name it. It was the touch for him, my solution, wear a sling. He would hang out on my back chatting and hugging and playing with my hair while I sliced and diced and chatted back. Eventually he decided his brothers,…

I didn't take any photos but after having my 3rd east to west last June i measured from the scar to my belly button just to see. 9inches of overhang as I call it. then i measured it every two months. I am proud to report that it is now only 5 inches. It still looks pretty yucky to me but I love knowing how far I've come. i…

I go to a zumba class every week and do it just for fun cause its awesome , even if like me you don't really love to dance. Last week I stepped on the end of my own shoe and nearly spun into a mirror. Not a weekly thing but it was freakin hilarious.

do you have any old photos of your self? Take some of yourself today and compare them , that usually does the trick for me. It took me about six months to see any change, although I felt change before it actually happened oddly enough.

My husband has a glorious, thick luxurious beard. It is seasonal so I get the best of all worlds. Its thick and full in winter, he goes mutton chops in fall clean face for a few weeks each spring and various stages of sexiness throughout the summer. He is a blonde so his beard is a million shades of blonde brown red auburn…

I try to talk my kids into some fun, like a bike ride or a game of tag. Its exercise without exercise lol and i find afterwards i am ready to do more. Alternately i walk my dogs around the block, do 25 jumping jacks etc. I find if i give it a go for 10-15 mins and still want to slack off I give in, but at least i did…

While i feel that a green drink is a great addition to a healthy diet, i would never use it as a meal replacement. Eat real food and add the green drink for extra green or if your veg stock is running low. as fir organic..... Well i have no opinion on that????
