I always take a big salad to uni with me, with different leaves cucumber, tomato and sweetcorn, throw in either some wholewheat couscous or a tin of tuna with some light salad cream, fills me through to my evening meal and is delicious. If i want a little snack i take whitworths fruit and nut shots which are delicious!

I'm no expert what so ever and nor am I active, but I read alot of these success stories and I think most people would tell you to up your calorie intake and lift weights at a guess. I'm sure you will get more responses though that will be much more helpful.

From my start weigh I have 120lbs to my goal weight which isn't quite as much but still quite a lot. I have lost 15lb in 5 weeks so far. I log everyday and try to support as much as I can or where I see fit, so feel free to add me if you like :) well done on your 34 lbs so far

Are you weighing all your food? I noticed a HUGE difference in my portion sizes when I started weighing. What you think is a portion can quite easily be double what a portion should be, which means double the calories.

Starvation mode isn't real just eating too few calories isn't good for your body

What about fitness related rewards? Buying a piece of home gym equipment you wanted, or a HRM or you could even treat yourself to a new top you wanted.

Stuffing my face in the evening is a problem for me too some days I can get over it but it can take hours to dissuade myself. Glad I'm not the only one who has this trouble. Feel free to add me anyone

Are you weighing all your food and checking packets ect. Everything that can be weighed should be if your not losing your over eating

I'm finding the Leslie sansone videos really good I went from one mile to 4 miles within a week and a half. I also like the biggest loser last chance workout, and doing the low impact moves. You could always try to do some swimming if you feel like you want to do some exercise. You can just take it easy go at your own pace

There is just an option in the exercise list that says pushing or pulling a stroller with child (a stroller in the uk is called a pushchair) so I wasn't sure weather it classed as extra calories burnt. That sounds like that could be good to try thank you :) I've been using my wii mainly for exercise so far doing just dance and Zumba, anything that doesn't feel loads like exercise and is enjoyable is good for me. I'll have a look at that tonight then :) thank you for the suggestion

Hey! I have been very similar with my weight too. I'm 22 5ft 8 and 270 lbs at the moment. Im now starting to try and lose weight too and using this to try and stay motivated. Sounds like you can lose weight when you set your mind to it so I am sure you will do great this time :)
