It would be really nice to have more friends from the uk on here. A lot of my friends so far are from the USA and I find myself looking through diaries for meal ideas and not having a clue what any of the food is. So I'd like some more friends from old blighty. Feel free to add :)

Finally feeling the ache!
I have been doing some exercise for the past few weeks now and been waiting to feel my legs ache in the morning and it hadn't happened until this morning! Calculating my burnt calories?
If I go for an hours walk and I'm pushing a buggy do I have 2 sets of calories burnt to log or do I just log the walk, as I see there is an option that says pushing pushchair. I hope this makes sense and someone can help. I just want a good idea of what I'm burning

YouTube exercise?
Can anyone recommend some good workouts that are on YouTube that I can try, nothing extremely full on but something fun and aerobic or beginners yoga/Pilates.
