Finally feeling the ache!

I have been doing some exercise for the past few weeks now and been waiting to feel my legs ache in the morning and it hadn't happened until this morning! Last night I did 50 minutes of the biggest loser last change workout. I feel great that I'm finally feeling the affects of some exercise! Does anyone else feel like they haven't worked hard enough unless they feel it the next day?

Do some P90X if you want to feel it. It usually takes me 2 days to recover from the Legs day of the workout.0
